Thanksgiving and the end of year is often a time for reflection. Where have we come from? What have we achieved? Where are we going next?
This holiday, our team is extremely grateful for the opportunity to be part of the fast-growing Anaplan ecosystem. The support of our clients, colleagues, partners, families, and the communities we belong to are what make this business what it is, and for that, I am both thankful and humbled
From all of us at Impetus Consulting Group, wishing you all a wonderful Thanksgiving surrounded by family and friends.
Both the recent Impetus-led Anaplan Model Builder Training Session and Spotlight on Connected Planning Events in Chicago were tremendously successful in enabling and connecting Anaplanners throughout the region.
Over 30+ Anaplanners attended the training session, raving about the event and citing learning best practices, access to the new UX, networking, and seeing and hearing how other clients use Anaplan as the most useful benefits of the event. Said one participant, “The Impetus team was fantastic, both with classroom led and individual support during the session.”
Curious to further channel your inner Anaplan curiosity, and unleash your inner model builder?
Impetus is offering its public Anaplan Power Model Building course in Chicago from January 13 – 17, 2020. Download course details for How to Anaplan: Unleash Your Inner Model Builder to learn more, and click here to register for the course.
This week, Stephanie Kim, Talent Development Manager at Impetus Consulting Group, was the instructor for Anaplan’s Level 1 Model Building class in New York City. These instructor-led sessions are offered through Anaplan Academy. Impetus is excited to partner with Anaplan on this endeavor as both organizations are committed to increasing the number of Anaplanners around the globe. Impetus believes that leading with enablement is the key to Anaplan implementation success.
When thinking about Anaplan’s implementation framework (The Anaplan Way), we have found that sponsors and project teams who allocate time to enablement during the foundation phase of an implementation create a lasting culture of conversation that persists long after the deployment of their first Anaplan model.

enablement can add to your team in Stephanie’s article featured in the Anaplan
