Enterprise Account Executive – Anaplan

Job Description: Impetus Consulting Group is looking for a proven sales professional with an entrepreneurial spirit and professional service experience to drive our Connected Planning sales to  new and existing clients on the Anaplan platform for Finance, Marketing, Human Resources, Supply-Chain and Sales Operations business areas across industries.


The Account Executive will work closely with Managing Directors, Senior Managers, and the rest of the Client Service team to discover opportunities to deliver Impetus' best in class consulting service and grow client value on the Anaplan platform.

Responsibilities of the Account Executive Include:

  • Lead business development and sales effort for the Impetus Consulting Group's Anaplan practice
  • Run full sales cycle from identifying target contacts and relationships with potential clients to leveraging the right resources to deliver Anaplan solution
  • Work closely with the Managing Director and Senior Managers to understand Impetus' consulting capabilities and expand their influence on new and existing clients
  • Collaborate and Partner with Anaplan sales teams to strengthen relationships at new and existing Anaplan customers
  • Participate in industry events to build relationships and identify areas where Impetus can develop business opportunities
  • Build and standardize the Impetus Consulting Group’s sales processes

Required Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of proven success with Software as a Service (SaaS) solutions, preferably with implementation experience
  • Ability to develop relationships with key partners at Clients and Anaplan to build a strong network of continued growth
  • Ability to utilize a strong network within a local market to identify, source and secure new opportunities for Impetus
  • Ability to succeed in different company environments and build relationships with ease

Desired Qualifications:

  • Proven track record working with software consulting or other professional service firms delivering solutions to clients
  • Experience with Salesforce in creating sales reports and dashboards for accurate forecasting
  • Success selling into Finance, Sales Operations, or Supply Chain
  • Entrepreneurial background or Start-up experience
  • Deep specialization in working with one or more industries
